Use the Navigation Bar:
Vertical Menu

At the top left of each of the site pages is a vertical navigation menu consisting of buttons which link to each section and sub-section of the Website. The green text on a black background is distinct from any other feature of these pages.

The section that the mouse cursor is hovering over will have enlarged text indicating the an active link is available to that page of the Website.

Use Cascading Menus:
Cascading Menu

Cascading menus will appear if a section of the Website
has at least one subsection.

By dragging your mouse cursor down, each of the
subsections will be highlighted in enlarged text.

Clicking on a highlighted section will take you to that
location.

Level 3 Cascade

A second level of cascade will appear if a section of the Website has at least one additional subsection.

By dragging your mouse cursor to the right and down, each of the subsections will be highlighted in enlarged text.

Clicking on this highlighted section will take you to that
location.

Back to the Top Button:
Back to Top

At the bottom of longer pages you will find a "Back to Top" button which takes you back to the navigation menu at the top of the page without you having to scroll up.

Note also that the features of this Website work well with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. There may, however, be problems with older versions of Explorer.
